Do not use this website, SMS, email, or general contact forms for emergencies. Call 911 for a medical emergency. An appointment is confirmed only through MACA’s approved scheduling process. Use approved patient channels for health information.
Acceptable use and content
Do not misuse the website, submit malicious material, impersonate others, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access. MACA’s branding and website materials may not be reused commercially without permission or another lawful basis.
Third-party services and availability
External booking, messaging, and social services have their own terms and privacy notices. Website availability and information can change. Report errors to MACA so they can be reviewed. Nothing in these website terms removes rights or professional duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
