Website Privacy Policy

Scope
This draft describes the proposed privacy practices for the MACA website. It does not replace a healthcare Notice of Privacy Practices or consent for treatment. The legal entity operating MACA and the effective date must be confirmed before publication.
Information and purposes
Website infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, and security signals to deliver the site and prevent abuse. If you contact MACA, the information you choose to provide may be used to respond and coordinate your request. The final policy must identify the approved contact processor and actual information collected. Do not send diagnoses, medical records, insurance identifiers, payment information, or urgent medical concerns through a general website form.
Hosting and external services
The proposed website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Turnstile processes technical signals for security verification. Appointment links lead to OptiMantra; WhatsApp and social links lead to separately operated services. Review their privacy notices before providing information. The existing source uses Formspree, Google Fonts, Elfsight reviews, and Google Maps; their inclusion in the replacement site remains under review.
Analytics and cookies
GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution tracking are deferred until after the domain and DNS transfer. They are not installed on this staging site. Before activating analytics, MACA must update this notice to describe actual tools, purposes, consent choices, retention, and applicable opt-out mechanisms. Infrastructure security processing is separate from marketing analytics.
Sharing and SMS information
Proposed commitment, subject to operational confirmation: MACA will not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver and support MACA messages under appropriate restrictions. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security.
Retention, security, and requests
Keep information only for its documented purpose and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Exact retention periods, processors, and deletion procedures require confirmation. No internet transmission is guaranteed secure. Contact MACA to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of optional communications; applicable law and required medical record retention may limit some requests. Do not send sensitive records with a general privacy inquiry.
